Tom yum goong
Ingredients:

  • 10gr Shallot
  • 5gr Lemon grass (slice thin)
  • 2gr Lime leaf
  • 20gr Ginger (press)
  • 2gr Hot chili
  • 10gr Straw mushroom (cut 2 section)
  • 10gr Red tomato (dice large)
  • 5gr Coriander leaf
  • 2pcs King prawn (clean, wash)
  • 3pcs Medium prawn (clean, wash)
  • 10 gr Tom yum paste
  • 2ml Fish greavy
  • 10gr Pineapple (cut, dice)

How to make it:
  1. Boil fresh water 2L, put in shallot, press ginger, lemon grasss, hot chili, lime leaf
  2. Put in tom yum paste, king prawn & medium prawn add fish greavy to make strong smell
  3. Put in the bowl soup, tomato widges, pineapple, mushrom, lemon grass slice, & lime leaf slice
  4. Pour seafood & gravy into bowl soup
  5. Put the garnish with coriander, & stick lemon grass on top.

Seafood fried noodle
Ingredients:
  • 120gr Egg noodle (boil)
  • 20gr Cabbage (blanch)
  • 20gr Shrimp
  • 20gr Squid (flower cut)
  • 20gr Fish meatball (slice)
  • 5gr Garlic (chopped)
  • 5gr Oyster
  • 5ml Salty ketchup
  • 5ml Sesame oil
  • 2pcs Egg
  • 2pcs Emping crackers
How to make it:

  1. Buat telur orak arik lalu saute garlic tambahkan angciu
  2. Masukkan udang, bakso, ikan, dan cumi(seafood), lalu masukkan mie & sawi hijau
  3. Tuangkan oyster, kecap asin, & seasoning(salt, papper, and chicken powder)
  4. Aduk sampai rata lalu tuang minyak wijen
  5. Tata diatas plate dan garnish dengan acar mangkuk pangsit, emping, telur dadar slice
  6. Sajikan panas dengan irisan cabe rawit potong dan kecap asin

Martabak telor

Ingredients:
  • 10 lembar kulit risoles
  • 3 Butir telur
  • 1 ikat daun bawang prei(cincang kasar)
  • 1 buah seledri
  • 250 gram daging sapi (blender halus)
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/4 sdt merica bubuk
  • 1/4 sdt kaldu bubuk
  • 4 sdm saus bollognese

How to make it:
  1.     Kocok telur dan daging giling, tambahkan irisan leek, celery, and seasoning
  2.     Taruh 3sdm adonan telur lalu lipat
  3.     Goreng hingga matang
