Daily activity


Today, we do A'la Carte Menu Practice. Before starting the practice, we first line up and start the day of practice by praying according to their respective religions and believe. Then we got some assignments and a little explanation and direction from the lecturer and then we started each of our duties.


The restaurant opens at 11, but we are all ready at 09.45. Today I get my turn to process and serve the Main Course "Grilled Lamb Chop with Rosemary and Pine Nuts" and "Colcannon with Vegetable Tagliatelle" and I only issue 4 Pax for restaurant and 4 Pax for Office.

      After all is done and restaurant closing, we continue the activities for the prepared materials that will be used for tomorrow. The menu and the ingredients are the same.
