Today, we do A'la Carte Menu Practice. Before starting the practice, we first line up and start the day of practice by praying according to their respective religions and believe. Then we got some assignments and a little explanation and direction from the lecturer and then we started each of our duties.

The restaurant opens at 11, but we are all ready at 09.45. Today I get my turn to process and serve the Main Course "Grilled Lamb Chop with Rosemary and Pine Nuts" and "Colcannon with Vegetable Tagliatelle" and I only issue 4 Pax for restaurant and 4 Pax for Office.

       After all is done and restaurant closing, we continue the activities for the prepared materials that will be used for tomorrow. The menu and the ingredients are the same.

First day after mid tes, today is quite heavy, because my teammates have some who don't present. Today we get the ala carte menu. I arrived at the campus at 07:30 am because I had to take my sister to the school.

Section has been shared by the lecturer, and my team gets the main kitchen. The activities I do are cutting jardinier vegetables like, carrot, radish, and potatoes. After that I helpfriend of one of my team to make a potato duchess.

We took a short break and did the general cleaning routine. And alhamduillah today's activity finished pretty well.

     Today my team got the menu Indonesian Buffet which is the menu is Dojang nakeng, Mie rujak, Soto Padang, Vinegar, Taliwang Chicken, White Rice, Terong Santan, Pelecing Sayur, Hagape Meat, Bika Ambon and Injin Bubuh.

      When my group give each part, I got dessert that menus Bika Ambon and Bubuh Injin. The obstacles I generate when not too difficult. It's just that when making Bika Ambon we have to wait for the dough expands. as well as the first injection Bubuh first glutinous rice in soak for approximately 2 hours. And then Alhamdulillah we did it!

Bismillah... 

       About cooking, cooking is an activity to prepare food to be eaten by heating on foodstuffs so that the food can be consumed. Everyone can cook, but doesn't know how to cook with methods, techniques, and combinations of spices to organize the flavors of food to digest and change food in terms of color, appearance, taste, texture, appearance and nutrition. Cooking in general is the preparation or process of choosing, organizing quantities, and mixing the food in a particular order in to get the desired result.

Okay today I got the menu, the menu is;

1. Shrim bisque
2. Pure pumpkin soup

To make that, we should use methods and techniques to get the desired result, but for today we just prepared.
