Bismillah.. Today is the second we practice. We make tartle & croissant. Chef give us three times to trial, if we can't make it we will got the punishment

- Flour 200gr
- Corn starch 100 - 50 gr
- Milk powder 2 dsp
- Butter 150 gr
- Egg 2pcs
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Icing sugar 2 dsp
- Prepare all ingredients & tools
- Mix dry ingredients (Flour, corn starch, milk powder, salt, & icing sugar)
- Mix until well
- Add butter
- Put in egg
- Mix with hand just a minutes(the dough is well)
- Put in the chiller 15minutes
- Wrapping
- Rolling the dough to oval with using roll plastic
- Moulding
- Put in the chiller again 15minutes
- Poke the dough to not proof with using a fork
- After half cook, spread it with egg wash
- Baking 30minutes with temperature 70'C
