Dailly activity(English version) #1

Bismillah.. Today is the second we practice. We make tartle & croissant. Chef give us three times to trial, if we can't make it we will got the punishment
Tartlet ;

Sugar dough

Ingredients ;
  1. Flour 200gr
  2. Corn starch 100 - 50 gr
  3. Milk powder 2 dsp
  4. Butter 150 gr
  5. Egg 2pcs
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Icing sugar 2 dsp
Methods ;
  1. Prepare all ingredients & tools
  2. Mix dry ingredients (Flour, corn starch, milk powder, salt, & icing sugar)
  3. Mix until well
  4. Add butter
  5.  Put in egg
  6. Mix with hand just a minutes(the dough is well)
  7.  Put in the chiller 15minutes
  8. Wrapping
  9. Rolling the dough to oval with using roll plastic
  10. Moulding
  11. Put in the chiller again 15minutes
  12. Poke the dough to not proof with using a fork 
  13. After half cook, spread it with egg wash
  14. Baking 30minutes with temperature 70'C
