Daily activity(English version)

Bismillah.. Today we make tartlet filling,  orange & lemon tartlet. Before that, Chef show us how to make puff pastry dough. 

I think it's easy than croissant, but we must always make with fully heart. After that, we make Orange, & lemon tartlet.

Ingredients ;

1. Egg 4pcs
2. Egg yolk 4pcs
3. Sugar 240gr
4. Lemon juice 150ml
5. Orange juice 150ml
6. Orange test 80gr
7. Lemon test 1pcs
8. Gelatine 3gr
9. Butter(cube) 100gr

Methods ;

1. Prepare all ingredients & tools
2. Mix all ingredients, except gelatin
3. Add gelatine & water
4. Do it with sabayong(method of cooking)
5. Stir untill stiff
6. Put out from stove, add butter
7. Pour in tartlet
8. Put it in the chiller 
9. Garnish
