Bismillah... At 9:00 a.m. I made a tape of glutinous rice for my group. Because my other group friends are busy. So, I tried to make it myself based on the recipe of my friend's grandmother from the city of Belopa (South Sulawesi).
Tapai or tape is a cake produced from the fermentation process of carbohydrate food as a substrate by yeast. In Indonesia and neighboring countries, this substrate is usually cassava and glutinous rice.
How to make it is quite easy too. Like cooking rice. The only difference is using black glutinous rice or cassava which is used using yeast.
