That morning I came early to prepare all my ingredients, towing shrimp, and the equipment that I will use later. I am very exicited to prepare all I needs that I will use because I want to do it slowly with my fully heart.
The first thing I do is make the spices while waiting for the shrimp in towing to be soft. spices that I use red chili, garlic, onion, red eye bird's chillie, and cinnamon, Blender until smooth. After that I peel the shrimp skin and remove the dirt. Next saute lime leaf in chinese wook, pour the spices that have been in the blender to chinese wook. Reduce until the smell is fragrant then enter the shrimp.
After that, I explain my product to my lecturer. I'm so nerveous but I must do this.. Alhamdulillah I'm done. Next I help my friend's to clean up the kitchen and go home.
