Bismillah..
Today my team got the menu Indonesian Buffet which is the menu is Dojang nakeng, Mie rujak, Soto Padang, Vinegar, Taliwang Chicken, White Rice, Terong Santan, Pelecing Sayur, Hagape Meat, Bika Ambon and Injin Bubuh.
When my group give each part, I got dessert that menus Bika Ambon and Bubuh Injin. The obstacles I generate when not too difficult. It's just that when making Bika Ambon we have to wait for the dough expands. as well as the first injection Bubuh first glutinous rice in soak for approximately 2 hours. And then Alhamdulillah we did it!
