Okay as always I will explain my activities today. Today we have completed the Indonesian buffet menu Eggplant of coconut milk, Chicken taliwang, Plecing vegetable, Hagape meat. Got time have difficulty but not so bad and we also handle it fast.
Well at the restaurant close we divided the section to prepare the next menu of Oriental buffet and my team got the pastry section, the menu we get to prepare today is Tang yuan, Khao neow ma muany, and Tang zhong. Today we only prepare stuffing tang yuan, simple syrup, make tang zhong and soak the sticky rice for Khao neow ma muany. Before I attach our preparedan gampar, I will explain a little what is Tang yuan, Khao neow ma muany, Tang zhong.
Tang yuan or Ronde is one of China's snacks. In the Song dynasty, the round is referred to as "floating circle", "sphere", "sweet sphere". From the books of Ping Yuan Xu Gao, Sui Shi Guang Ji, Da Ming Yi Tong Fu, the rounds as a meal to welcome the first Yuanxiao (Cap Go Meh) feast was performed on the Song dynasty. Because the tradition of eating round during Yuanxiao feast, so the round is also referred to as yuanxiao.
